Advantage Driving Academy is the only driving school in the Columbia area that is endorsed by the National Safety Council!  We are located in the Irmo area and serve the Chapin, Irmo and West Columbia areas.

We offer a high-quality classroom and behind the wheel experience that combines real classroom lecture instruction with intense lesson-planned behind the wheel training.

The classroom experience is engaging and involves all students. We combine thorough review of driving law with driving technique and defensive driving tactics.

The student then receives a continuity of training by following up the classroom experience with 6-hours of comprehensive behind the wheel training which reviews the lecture topics with real-life driving situations.

We recommend and also support the National Safety Council's Alive at 25 program which focuses on the Behaviors of driving instead of the Mechanics of driving. Alive at 25 is a Survival course developed by the National Safety Council and is designed to prevent the number 1 killer of teens, automobile crashes.
